Since 2000 he is managing the design studio Stilpolisen in Gothenburg, together with two colleagues. Stilpolisen is working with industrial design and concept development. Roger is mainly working with furniture design but has also designed products in other product areas from lights and toys to electric switches and 3D scanners. For Swedese he has designed the furniture families Happy and Select. In 1999 he received an award winning Prize at a furniture competition at Awasaki, Japan.
